The sea is me. I am the sea. We are connected. And I go to the sea to remember who I am.

The sea holds me and accepts me in all my fucked up glory. She never judges me.

The sea has healed me in so many ways, so many times. Just being close to her is enough to help me feel better.

For years now, I have captured the sea’s essence, the moment of connection through images and film.

Here with this project titled, The Healing Properties of the Seas, 2022, I intend to share 10 second films of the seas I visit just 2022. This simple capture brings me joy.

I hope me sharing my joy will bring you a moment of joy when you watch each film.
